Sarah Rios, Director of Unemployment Compensation (UC) Management
Before joining ETS Ms. Rios managed a third party
Unemployment Compensation service, where she was able to bring added value with
her prior years of experience in human resources and payroll. In
addition, Ms Rios currently presides as board president for the California
Unemployment Insurance Council, a non-profit organization in Southern
California established in 1971.
